HotSense™ UHT
Sensors for In-Service Wall
Thickness Monitoring Up To 550°C [1022°F]
Minimise operational risk and maximise productivity with enhanced asset intelligence
Ultrasonic transducers for 0° measurements ideal for thickness, corrosion and erosion monitoring for use in applications across refining, oil & gas, energy, nuclear, aerospace, and process sectors.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
- The original, truly high temperature transducer powered by the Ionix HPZ piezo-ceramic.
- Permanent or temporary installation in the most extreme environments.
- Up to +550 °C [ 1,022 °F] wide operating temperature range available for in-service, on-stream, monitoring applications.
- On-stream installation and measurement validation with integrated reference block for reliable data.
- Highest sensitivity in class for highest accuracy and precision in the most challenging installations.
- Intrinsically safe certified to Zone 0 for use in the most hazardous locations.
- For thicknesses from 2.5-72.5mm.
- Compatible with CALIPERAY automated wireless logging or Measurement Hub manual data collection.
ADVANTAGES
- Installation on hot assets with surface temperatures up to 550 °C [1022 °F]. Monitor your highest temperature and most critical assets.
- 75mm delay line enables measurements on steel samples up to 72.5mm thick. Ideal for nuclear and energy applications.
- High temperature cables enables measurements to be made outside of the hot zone.
- Compatible with Ionix strap or stud deployment systems for on-stream installation.
